This series will show you how to get a 3-Step-by-step method to increase flexibility and allow you to move freely. Every class includes people at different levels of flexibility, from beginners to intermediate to advanced. You’ll receive guidance and modifications to make each pose accessible for your body.
The method teaches you to be compassionate with your body, to accept any feelings, and to let go of all attachments. Each step will be explained to you, beginning with a brief philosophy.-The class is based on the following four flexibility sequences. Final 60-minute flow, you’ll apply what you’ve learned to release your body into its fullest expression.
