Sara Allen – The Energy of Addiction

It is my experience, and what I want to share with you, that addictions are our attempt to smother our own power. Addictions are autoimmune diseases with utter confusion at the core.

We are fearful of what lies at the bottom of the well and rather than met the Buddha on the road and kill him – we do what we can to not notice, not feel, disassociate from the most powerful parts of us.
