Robert Fritz – Creating Your Life Course 2021

I was in our local Food Coop the other day. The woman in front me asked, “Are you Robert Fritz?” “Yes.” “You’ve changed my life.” “How did I do that?” “I took one of your courses 20 years ago, and it has completely changed the direction of my life.”

It is not uncommon for people to tell you such amazing things. It is something I love to do and I don’t take it for granted. In fact, all of the workshops and programs I’ve created have the goal of enabling people to create the lives they want to live.
There are many programs that promise to make a difference in your life. These courses are often well-intentioned. I think the promise is true.-Too often, help is based on a fundamental misunderstanding of what causes lasting and real change. The common premise is that everything will turn out if your beliefs and attitude change. Others believe that to make your future brighter, you must first resolve your past. Others advocate magical thinking. This belief is creative. If you think the right thing, the law of attraction can bring you fame and wealth. Most of these approaches are old wine in new bottles, claiming to have the latest approach to life’s great secrets.

The same thought process was in my head 40 years ago. These ideas were the basis of my first courses. Nearly everyone set their goals at first. Over time, however, I noticed something quite strange as I followed these students. These same students experienced reversals over time and had lost the progress that they had made. I started to look for patterns and found two: advancement and oscillation.

What was the cause of this difference? This question led to the discovery that structural dynamics is possible. This is the basic understanding of structural dynamics. It states that the underlying structure will dictate how it behaves. No matter what your attitude, how positive your thoughts, how many affirmations you make, how many repressed areas of consciousness you relive and release, how much will power you try to assert, how much you meditate, if the underlying structure of your life doesn’t change, your progress will be reversed. You’ll end up back in the exact same spot you started. It’s structure and structure is physics.

This was a truly groundbreaking discovery. This discovery provided a new understanding of the reasons people do what they do. This was not psychology, metaphysics or psychotherapy. From these discoveries, I began to develop just how to change one’s underlying structure, which I first wrote about in 1984 with the first edition of The Path of Least Resistance, which became an international best seller. Amazon says that the book and its later editions have had an influence on over 100 books.

Our first video-based version was presented by a company about 10 years ago. Creating Your Life. Later, my son Ivan Fritz Jen, his wife, formed a new company. I designed a new version of the course. We shot more than 120 videos. Version 1 was only available for iPads. Apple App. Jen and Ivan have updated this course to make it internet-based, so that it is available on all computers, tablets, smart phones, and other devices.

The unique thing about this course is its ability to go beyond setting goals and instilling productive habits. This course changes the way you think and how you live your life. This is not a trivial matter. This is a matter of great importance. Real, lasting change in your life can occur from the design of the course and enough time to assimilate them.-Building process

Creating Your Life This is part of a program to allow Special Operations Forces such as Navy Seals to successfully transition into civilian life. You now have it.

There are two learning strategies in the course. The first is daily lessons, which last anywhere from five minutes to twenty minutes. This is the learning dimension. The other strategy is the living dimension, where you apply that day’s lesson in your life. The power of creativity builds over the course of 90 days.

You are gradually able to move away from what I call the reactive in The Path of Least Resistance.-From responsive orientation to the generative-Creativity is key. Your Life becomes the subject matter for your creative process.
