Internalize and do what Chris Cains suggests and you will find the same kind of success that others have found. Just keep in mind that this has to be a daily thing that you do.

Now, don’t get too freaked out. The lessons aren’t difficult. I know that at first I thought that it was stupid but I figured “what do I have to lose? Is having these positive changes in my life in the areas of finances, wealth and my relationship important enough to feel like an idiot in private for a few minutes a day?” Hell yeah! So, I did the exercises, did what Chris Cains suggested and I began to feel different and things began to change in my life.
