If you want to be able to maintain your muscle, strength, and quality of movement for the rest of your life, this program was made for you.
This program was designed for people who have some lifting experience. If you currently know how to deadlift, squat, and press without pain — this program is perfect for you. Even if you have an old annoying injury (and the go-ahead from your doctor) this program will still work for you. I believe the focus of training programs should be teaching you how to train to get results—without getting hurt again.
I believe that training in the gym should always improve your performance outside of the gym. Whether that’s being able to keep-up with your kids, or competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Triathlons. If you want a program that enhances your other hobbies and daily life – this is for you.
Functional Hypertrophy Training is NOT right for you if:
Look, I believe investing in your training and health is a smart move. That said, if you’ve never picked up a weight and you can’t squat, press, or deadlift without pain, this program is not the place to start. I’ve created programs for beginners in order to work up to this level of training, and I’m happy to recommend one to you.
When my clients get results, they tell their family and friends, and more people find out about this approach to training. So it’s crucial to me and my business that you get results. This program will give you a body that looks and moves like never before — but only if you put in the work. Don’t buy this program if you’re looking to just collect another training program.
Many of my clients have had nagging old injuries and still gotten incredible results by doing the FHT program (with the OK from their doctor or physio, of course). That said, if you’re in a cast, if you’re still doing Physical Therapy, if you haven’t gotten the okay from your doctor, please don’t do the program. If you want something to look forward to when you’re healed and have the go-ahead, that’s just fine. But DO NOT DO this program if you’re actively hurt..
