Bo Fighting Volume II explores the intermediate Bo kata of Okinawan Kobudo./b This video features traditional Okinawan Bo Kata Sunakake and Sakugawa plus Three Bo Fighting Kata using the Okinawan Staff. Sunakake no kon kata emphasizes a sand flipping tactic to blind the opponent and many other unique fighting tactics. Sakugawa no Kon is perhaps the oldest Okinawan Bo kata. It illustrates many fighting tactics, including drawing the opponent into a trap, body shifting and countering, disarming and many other dynamic applications.
