If you’ve been in the new age spirituality of some variety, or manager, you’ve been asked to “just believe.”You were asked to take, which is in faith. Let’s get something clear: I’m not knocking things like meditation. But let’s take a reality part. How much time/money/might have you set in life to change practices? As much as you have gotten from them? If you’re honest with yourself, the most you got was simply the same, except you wear a new forced a smile as the day trudges over to you all. At worst, when you are not in the various team exercises, you’ll end up blaming you, when the question is about the topic in the acts themselves.

There’s a few things about the character, as I never heard before. These are the missing links which make undoing you suddenly sense. Shows what almost all your work, and up to this point, or could not, or was, so he sat, with the intention, that is almost not worth it.

Ways more than just consciously repeated actions or behavior. The human body has to the whole system. And all affects the mind, all the program of your decision-making. For example, think about the last time you got angry or saw someone else go in anger. Later, as I said, “Oh, that was just not like me!”or “I don’t know what came over me!”It makes sense to think of emotions, such as changing the consciousness, which is supported by recent scientific literature.

In his book Predictably Irrational, Dan Ariely demonstrates through a number of studies of how exactly the mental state of the present decision making. But what is to prevent the cause of the movement of the city? And why are we so can’t contain? There are a few clues.

Neuroscientists use the triune brain model, as a way to analyze the functions of different parts of the brain. This model separates the brain in human, mammalian, and things moving parts. The older parts of the platform for the first time able to dominate the newer guys in the town, that explains how movement can overrideyour the best.

In the mammalian part of the brain generates emotional responses, which can sound and dominate the man’s part. So much for being a rational creature… In the first sign of emotion, rationality is shutdown—literally. However, there are much more pathways leading from mammalian sector up to the human part of the brain. This is more important than it seems at first.

Upper 1/4” from the frontal lobe controls our use of language. This brain structure demonstrates how the language is actually much more tied in pregnant structures, how rational they are. Now, also the level of depth in the brain. The reptile sector is properly concerned about safety. At the first scent of something threatening, not fires in the startle reflex. Gravitating body to the fetal position. But not the whole.

So, you don’t react to the outside world, and the language, and see how that can trigger emotions and stress hormones. But it goes the other way too. Once you’ve been in the tension of the startle reflex for a while, the computer begins to stay in the muscles. And when your muscles are tense, sends signals to the brain to keep feeling the way that made them. As this tension grows, you become more and more habitual. This is great, because this where you start to undo you.

Muscle tension has become like glue. It keeps your life holding pattern. Just look at most of the elderly for a good example. It’s no secret that the older we get, the more habitual we have become. More methodical and compulsive. True is, less and less true thought possible, as the tension builds. But it can be done.

Not my word. Go to the mirror and a big smile. Hold time for a full minute. Neuroscience found that is actually, the changes in brain therapy. That’s right. Faking a smile has the same effect, as well as smiled. Though perhaps a little slower. But so other facial emotions. So, consider the bigger a person who has a permanent scowl on his face. Keep sending signals to their brain to keep to be pissed all day. It is not surprising, are an ornery old son of a dog?

That’s why one of the first exercises you’ll learn, teaches us to take the computer out of your face. As soon as you do, you feel this sense of relief. And suddenly, that bad mood just drops. And as you get better at the exercise, you can literally just walk away from a near-breakdown in just a few minutes. The tension in the face, as it has a lot of importance. Once the tension continues and has become less habitual. And we can show you how to remove the computer from the entire body…I saw how the structure and function of the body can keep you programmed, dry and robotic. And how it just builds up over time. But what is that wave the rest? I explain.

Now, most of humanity exists in a zombie like being hypnotized state. Another way to put it is, that things are in a dream. We look at a tree, and say “tree,” but the gate, our brain is processing an incredible amount of expression of the tree. If a loved one died near the tree like we feel pain. If we got married in the place, maybe happiness or desire. We are walking I don’t see what’s out there. Instead, we’re seeing that the mind is presenting to us.

When you body work, you start the logging of the dream. You more directly to see what is actually happening, rather than a filtered version of the brain. As you do, does not shine light in all the brain patterns that are keeping you in the habitual. That awareness makes them start to disappear. In time, you’ll suddenly be able to just do the speaking. Not even phase you. Not a “character” is required, as most of the systems, and personal development. You don’t need to just push. It would never work, and one good reason.

They just improve the function of the machine in your mind. And things from the old habits you don’t like the new ones do. But you’re still just a slave to your character. While serving with the fuzzy pink handcuffs with rather rusty iron nails, ‘t you rather live free? And the even bigger problem is almost improvements we want to make to the machine, they are just who we think we are. Unfortunately, there’s so many “should” in your mind, that you probably don’t know that YOU really want more. Let me give an example.

I spoke to a young man from Pakistan last weekend. He told me how he hates to be the Doctor at the hospital. How he really wanted to go into Computer Science. But his mother had died of cancer, and went on a crusade to end all cancer and became a doctor. A ferocious student. 9 years later, he just wishes he saw clearly enough to do what he really wanted.

That is a prime example of social pressures shape our decisions. And this is nothing new either. Parts, as ‘the doctor’ it seems so revered, perhaps more prestigious than the parts, as ‘an artist.’But that’s just the lines we’ve drawn in our mind. It’s just part of the dream. Don’t worry, I’ll get into explaining this dream a reality later on. Now, just to know what is going on, is not really what it seems. It’s just out of your grown up in this society. And from the way you learn and the brain structure.

I don’t have to knock you. Quite frankly, it’s necessary that you become a robot. But now you are given time to undo that. You can turn everything and begins a life in the first place. Now, you’ve only lived out that you were programmed to do. Now it’s time for you to discover what YOU really want. That’s the only way life can feel satisfying. Only ever feel like it just clicks. Just works. And not only that, but you know what it is, but to be able to do, without any obstacles stopping you. Without fear, or anxiety getting in your way. And that is another good need to hear.

The fear and anxiety of the wall in the us. If you can be honest with you for a while, you know that you’ve avoided things that made the anxiety or fear. Maybe you were too shy to talk to a girl is, or customized. Or ask for a raise. Whatever it is, does not seem to be bad. We are simply asking you, if you’d like that to stop happening. If you’d like to just start walking through those invisible walls in your life. You can. You can start now.

But how do those walls really form? Let’s slap some paint on them and find out. Growing up we basically just work in sponge mode. We don’t see a car where else do it. Let me explain.We just want to see what’s actually there. But everyone else sees a car and all the meaning behind it. Make and model. If it’s a good car or a bad thing. Among the long list of files, not just see. They poke and prod us and make fun of us. Until I finally say, “ALRIGHT!”and put on a pair of glasses that will allow you to see. With a smile, we smile. With a smile, we smile. Finally, stop teasing us. Or in the case of parents, the chance to finally stop beating us. We are putting in more and more, the glasses, until the layers of fantasy before we see only a dream.Let’s take this from another angle.

When you believe something, your mind automatically filters out all against it. No, I’m not messing with you. Just attractive open some textbooks, and check out the studies. It’s no wonder that two people looking at the same object can have different experiences. There are studies where people who saw the car crash he was asked what happened. Every 20 people gave a completely different story. So, what separates the experience? Well, everything. Each live in a different dream. We see different things. The brain filter re different because of our various belief systems.

If language were not so ambiguous, probably not even be able to communicate. So, the more opinions you add, the more filtered in thy truth. Your parents taught you to be a good boy, and he gave all of this meaning. You filtered regard to wall you off from doing things that make you less of a good boy.

Maybe even told you what is wrong, and to put up more walls, which to avoid. Over time, there’s a minefield places you can’t go. And in those places are erroneous, yes. But they were put in your mind without permission before he had to be able to think for yourself. If you really examined your perceived limitations you’d like to see right through them. But are repressed deeply. And the rest of your life is built on them faulty foundations.

Now that the new faith is to be kept so throw something else on it. This is a huge pile of repression governing of life, forming the walls, out of all the things you believed as a child. When Santa Claus was still real, and the easter bunny is not creepy in the house with a basket of eggs.This is about to go THROUGH that. We tend to try to get away. Distracting us always. Or do alcohol or drugs. But if you want to do body work, you can open up to the point a little further, and see what he was forcing your decision making—tension gluing together—some old relic of memory you avoided. It just evaporates. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

It’s like taking off a band-aid. One quick strike of pain, then nothing. But don’t stay later as a band-aid. The real cause of your pain is all false beliefs. Once the false belief disappears, the pain went away. You feel a sense of relief and a little freer. Yes, you read right. I’m not talking about something that’s going to blow ray of sunshine up your back door and make all peace on earth, heaven, god, jesus, and the parade of unicorns on a trip rainbow flag, and riding to solve all world hunger. This is the real work. Not the fake shit you have in the book store. And that actually works. If you’re willing to embrace some discomfort as a necessary part of the way, you’ll have a totally different experience of life. An experience that is impossible to comprehend from where you are now.

I got started working with undoing the year. I met Garrett online, we sent a few emails, and got to talking. Obvious to me is that he talks about the process has already begun. I already got up and saw that all this is, as the robot running. I was asking the big question is, “Is this all there really is to life?”and the progress is really questioning my behavior. I’m already trying to take down some invisible walls by reading books, as Simpleology and other success-style titles. Now, while Simpleology is leagues ahead of most of the success of the books, does not have caught up on a few things in the dream state.

I finally made the first undoing session over Skype with Garrett, and I have to say that absolutely blew my mind.

This is not an incredible feeling of deep relaxation. And it lasted with me for at least 2 weeks. But like all the little things that bothered me, it took on a darker quality. I could just relax and enjoy my lunch without rushing around. And I started seeing more and more invisible walls, than I had in previous years, trying to undo me. And once you’re seen in a real, honest moment of scrutiny, there is nothing wrong survives. And what we’re really talking. Undoing that is wrong in your mind.

Growing up, we are taught to put in all these pairs of laughter, and see the language, the thing is, more than the tool we use to communicate. This becomes evident when someone says something against one of the beliefs. You get a real PHYSICAL movement. In fact, in extreme cases, your reptilian complex takes over and you become the ruling and lash out. If you can be honest enough with you, you know that this is happening. It is not only said to be good or bad. If you say, are not good. You feel a twinge of discomfort, like something is not right.

This is about undoing that. Getting down to business, and lived there. In a place where that is is that still exists, despite myself. And all those untruths, the beliefs in your mind that are causing you so much turmoil and pain. They will bring you to the walled in. Don’t break outside of the status quo. But, to be honest, this process goes further than even that.

Why, that opinion was put in the world, and who benefits in the end. But that doesn’t matter.

The reality is that YOU? There is no benefit, you follow the herd? Or you want to minority who actually enjoys life, instead of just pretending?

What you experience now, as enjoyment is a really watered down version compared to what you can experience, as it is sometimes out of the way. It’s just all these pre-programmed a little in your mind. There is a whole nother level. And that’s just one of the benefits to this work. You completely look at your life, and just wonder why you do not this quickly. You will see how the wounds of your mind and body were, and glad you’ve moved forward, before the rest of the flock.

Now, from the heart, to you it seems, that “you” is very small. It basically just tastes, at least, any swearing, a car to come to you, whatever, and then forwards that information to the database, who says what you should do about it. Then you do just that. Little is true though. And again, this is not what he said to insult you. This type of manufacturing is the need of the human physiology and the environment you grew up in. But what about actually more to live?Instead of just forwarding requests to a database and do without thinking about it, what if you’ve learned, I think, to you? If you beefed it up and were able to really move in new directions? That’s exactly the question is, what’s going on now. We watch movies and read books of great adventures and wonder why our life is the 9-5 grind goes dead end, stone and no one visits.

Well, if we keep asking the database, programmed experience, what, how we always go in new directions? If we keep carrying the same opinions, filtering our senses, of course everything will look the same every day. Of course the same shit the other day. But what if you wiped everything clean glasses, and stopped just repeated trials? I think you can understand how that is committed to you in some new experiences. But again, that is not simple.

I don’t want to leave this on the level of most authors, where just talk about the problem, and then charge you $11.99, and ask you to purchase again. I want you to get a real result.
